It was a wonderful place to eat! The pizza was fantastic! And the service was great! Can't wait to go again!

Service was good they were a little busy it was a Sunday buffet so there were points of the buffet that was very low but all in all their a good place

overall good.. just had to wait until my order was complete.. I redeemed my free bread stick then paid for an order but had to wait cause my order wasn't correct.. they was nice and fixed it but like 3 rd time same issue..

My fav pizza is cheese x2, Canadian bacon and mushroom; alfredo pasta; and ham sandwiche. And the mini Cinnabon rolls are awesome! The manager is great and the customer service is over the top. Thank you Berryville Hut!

This was possibly the best Pizza Hut we've been in. The server was just great. The food was hot, fresh, and prepared perfectly. I'll give it two thumbs up.

Fast and good food. I just wish they would add an heafty amount of spinge, as pictured.

Food is good for what we have available in the area. It just really erks me that the $10 off a $20 purchase coupon doesn't work in conjunction with the "deals" so there's no point in doing the survey. Also, disappointed that the $5 per item deal is gone.

Pizza was fresh and service was good the only complaint I have is buffet serving table wasn't big enough to hold mo more the 4 pizzas and some pasta. Needs bigger table

All right now we came and stayed in Eureka Springs and we stayed at the Regency and it was awesome right there by the Passion Play which was also awesome so you got to go do that but then we tried to get some people to tell us where to eat and I'm telling you right now this Pizza Hut was the bomb it was packed it had a Great Buffet so don't second-guess it just go to berryville and let them hook you up

All of the workers were standing around the register talking. Waitress had 2 people walk in and took 10 min to get them seated. Wasn’t busy at all. Forgot one of our toppings and was overall a bad experience.

Got there too late for the buffet, but the waitress was great and helped us find a great deal. Food was wonderful!

Fast friendly service. Pizza always hot...to go good they do there best to keep it hot

Order out...dining in...we do both and enjoy the pizza every time

10 minutes in the drive through before we were even greeted. 5 employees looked at us and ignored us first. Got our pizza and took it home to find it was so overcooked it was inedible. Maybe if they had pulled it when we arrived it wouldn't have been overcooked.

Serice and food was awesome as usual.

They have REALLY good pizza!! And their garlic knots are awesome!!! 🍕👍🏽

They must have just had a rush because all the dining room and tables were dirty or I absolutely would have given 5 stars. The food was great, our server was young, but super friendly and we left happy. That's all that matters in my book. 😁

They did not give us a drink option even tho it's not on the menu so we just had to guess what they had then she took our order with no paper then it was wrong we ordered a supreme but sub the sausage with bacon because I have an allergy to a spice in sausage well there was sausage on it so now I have to take meds tonight then no one came back to see if we needed more to drink we even told them we wanted more to drink and they ignored us all together we had to go tell them we was ready to leave and needed a box and the check then one girl says oh they asked for more to drink sorry then I told them I had to take meds tonight because they gave me sausage they said oh well sorry

Now that my local restaurant delivers I get a pizza at least once a month sometimes twice.

They have good pizza and wings but you have to wait for it! If you’re ordering carry out, order 45 minutes out ahead! They said 15-20 minutes and it’ll be ready and it ended up being 45 minutes until we got our pizza. And then when we opened the box it looked like it wasn’t even fresh out of the oven and looked like it was sitting there awhile.

Absolute worst service of any Pizza Hut I've ever been to and that's been a lot in the last 40 years. Will never eat at Pizza hut again ever.

It took awhile to be waited on, but once I didgot my pizza when they said I should. Good pizza would have been better with extra sauce

Would give 5 Stars but their pizza is a little pricey.

Placed an online order at 7:20 pm. Tracker said it'd arrive in 20-30 min. Delivery arrived at 8:30. Pizza was cold. Unfortunate delivery driver was the only driver. I spoke with the "manager" who said they couldn't control the online delivery timing. Apparently they can't control the logistical coordination of having enough drivers to deliver pizzas within 2 miles or the operational control of delivering warm pizzas either. Lesson learned....pick up the pizza myself.

They cheese bites pizza was not cheesy bites. It was all crust. The cheese breadsticks were great though.

I've always kind of like pizza hut but after they got their new waiter Isabel I go there EVERY day.
